Terms & Conditions

    Last updated: 28 August 2026

    1. Who we are

Foreva is operated by Grigorios Papanastasiou, a self-employed sole trader established in Malta, trading as Foreva.io ("Foreva", "we", "us"). Address: Sqaq Zbibu, Kappara Heights, San Gwann, Malta. Email: support@foreva.io. VAT registration number: MT32865311. By placing an order you enter into a contract with Grigorios Papanastasiou trading as Foreva.io. These terms are governed by Maltese law.

    2. Our service

Foreva creates a printed photo album from images you submit through our supported chat channels (currently WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger; we may add further channels over time). We use automated tools to design the album, a third-party print partner to produce it, and a courier to deliver it. The service is complete when the album is delivered to the address you provide.

    3. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are.

    4. How your order is formed

You send us photos through a supported channel; we show you a preview; you pay; we produce and ship your album. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your payment. We may decline or cancel any order (see sections 7 and 9).

    5. Price, VAT and payment

The price of your album is shown to you before you pay and includes Maltese VAT. Delivery is free — there are no delivery charges. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your card details. The price shown to you at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

    6. Your photos and your responsibilities

You are responsible for the images you send. By submitting photos you confirm that:

    • you own them or have permission to use them;
    • everyone shown has consented, and where a child is shown you hold parental or guardian authority to submit that image for the sole purpose of producing a printed album;
    • the images are not unlawful, sexually explicit, obscene, hateful, or infringing of anyone's rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold Foreva harmless against any claim arising from your breach of this section.

    7. Prohibited content and mandatory reporting

Foreva is for family and personal photo albums only. You must not send content that is unlawful or sexually explicit, or that depicts, sexualises or exploits any minor. Content involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child is illegal; we do not tolerate it. Where we become aware of such content we will preserve the relevant information and report it to the competent Maltese authorities (including the Malta Police Force Cyber Crime Unit and ChildWebAlert) as required by law, and we may suspend or cancel the order without refund.

    8. Licence to process your photos

You grant Foreva a limited, temporary, non-exclusive licence to store, process, adapt and print the photos you submit, solely to produce and deliver your album. We do not use your photos for any other purpose, and we delete them in line with our Privacy Policy.

    9. Content moderation

We use automated tools together with limited human review to detect prohibited content. We may pause, refuse or cancel any order. Orders containing unlawful content will be cancelled without refund and handled under section 7.

    10. Your right to cancel (consumer withdrawal right)

Each album is made to your personal specification, so it is a personalised / made-to-order good. Under Maltese consumer law implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal that normally applies to distance purchases does not apply to goods that are personalised or made to your specification. By asking us to begin producing your album, you expressly request that we start immediately and you acknowledge that, once production has begun, you lose any right of withdrawal. Before production begins you may cancel free of charge by messaging us on your order channel.

    11. Production, delivery and risk

Production and delivery times shown are estimates. Your courier provides tracking directly. Risk in the album passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. If you give us an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from it, and any re-ship may incur a further charge.

    12. Refunds and reprints

If your album arrives damaged or clearly misprinted, send us photographic evidence within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint and reship at no cost. We do not provide refunds or reprints for issues you caused — for example poor-quality source photos (where we warned you), your own selection or text errors, or wrong choices made during ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights (section 13).

    13. Statutory guarantees

As a consumer you have statutory rights and legal guarantees under Maltese law that a product will be as described and of satisfactory quality. These apply in addition to this policy and are not limited by it.

    14. Our liability

To the extent permitted by law, Foreva's liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for losses resulting from delivery delays or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited under Maltese law (including under product-liability and mandatory consumer-protection rules).

    15. Complaints and dispute resolution

If something's wrong, contact us first at support@foreva.io — we aim to resolve complaints quickly. If we can't resolve it, you may refer the matter to the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (Office for Consumer Affairs) or the Consumer Claims Tribunal.

    16. Data protection

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy (https://foreva.io/privacy). You may complain to the Maltese Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt).

    17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our site when you order is the version that applies to your order.

    18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Maltese law and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of your home country.

    19. Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
